Lago di Braies
At the very moment sun went behind the mountains, a freezing wind began to blow. Not only it made making long exposures a lot harder, but as usual, my fingers started to hurt and made every camera manipulations difficult.
Fortunately the wind pushed the boat against the stairs and, for a while, it stopped moving during the 8 seconds required for this shot.
When I couldn’t stand the cold anymore I walked back to the car on the parking lot nearby and spent the night there.
The temperatures dropped to -5°C and I have to say I did not sleep well… in the morning there were ice on the windows of the car… inside the car!
